1. Acceptance

By accessing WAI Training Portal (“Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Accounts & Roles

You must keep credentials confidential. Roles (e.g., trainee, org admin, instructor, QA, admin, super_admin) determine what you can access. We may suspend accounts for security, legal, or policy reasons.

3. Training Content & License

Unless stated otherwise, course materials are owned by We Amplify It (“WAI”) or its licensors and licensed for your personal/organizational training use only. Do not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

4. Assessments & Certificates

Assessments must be completed by the registered learner, following the Assessment & Certification Policy. Certificates may include a verification number/QR and can be revoked for fraud or misuse.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate video hosting (e.g., YouTube/Vimeo), live meetings (e.g., Zoom), email delivery, analytics, and hosting providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

7. Payments & Refunds (if applicable)

Fees are due as stated at purchase. Unless required by law or our written policy, fees are non-refundable. Contact support for billing questions.

8. Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features or these Terms; material changes will be communicated via this page or in-app announcements.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation

Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, WAI disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
