Frequently Asked Questions

From the top bar, open the FAQ (question-mark icon) and select the category that matches your role. Each category explains the page layout and how to use its features (dashboards, courses, lessons, meetings, quizzes, certificates, feedback, and reports). Reviewing your role’s FAQ first will save you time and prevent common mistakes.

  • Use a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox) and allow pop-ups for video/meeting links when needed.
  • Always Sign out using the power icon on the top bar when finished—especially on shared devices.
  • Times shown on pages use your device’s local timezone. If something looks off, check your system clock and timezone.

If your organization has enabled chat, you will see a Chat icon on the navbar. An unread badge indicates new messages. If you do not see the icon, chat may be disabled for your organization or role.

Use the sun/moon button on the top right to switch between Light and Dark themes. The change is instant and does not affect your data. Choose whichever is easiest on your eyes.

Two–level approval (details)

  • Organization approval: Required when you register as a Trainee under an existing organization, or when a new Organization account is created and must be confirmed internally.
