We Amplify It (“WAI”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data to deliver online training and certification services through WAI Training Portal. This notice explains the types of data we handle, why we use it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you.
This notice applies to users of WAI Training Portal including trainees/learners, organization admins, instructors, QA reviewers, and WAI admins accessing courses, lessons (including SCORM/H5P packages), quizzes, certificates, chats, and support tickets.

We retain training and certification records for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law, your organization, or accreditation rules. We apply different retention windows by category:
