Andrea Salazar

Founder / CEO

As a language access consultant with over 10 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with state governments in both New York and California to build and improve language access programs. My work has involved developing policies and trainings, advocating for speakers of languages other than English, and fostering a culture of inclusivity that recognizes and values linguistic diversity.

Our Mission

We believe that language should not be a barrier to accessing information, services, or resources. Our mission is to promote language accessibility and equity for all individuals and communities, regardless of language background or proficiency. We strive to empower government agencies and individuals to effectively serve and engage with speakers of languages other than English by providing quality language services and support.

We understand the importance of language access in building stronger, more inclusive communities. Language barriers can lead to misunderstanding, isolation, and even discrimination, preventing individuals from fully participating in society and accessing the resources and services they need. That’s why we are committed to promoting language accessibility and equity through our consulting services.
