LifeFlow Privacy Policy
Overview
LifeFlow is an iOS app for managing recurring day-to-day records such as bills, warranties, subscriptions, appointments, vehicles, vehicle insurance, and vehicle inspections.
The app is designed with a privacy-first approach and stores core user data on the device.
What data LifeFlow stores
Depending on how you use the app, LifeFlow may store information you enter, such as bill details, warranty dates, subscription details, appointments, vehicle records, insurance records, inspection records, notes, reminder settings, and optional attachments.
Where your data is stored
LifeFlow is designed to keep app data on your device for core functionality.
If you choose to export a backup, your data may also exist in the backup file you create and save using your own device and file storage choices.
Account and sign-in
LifeFlow does not require account creation or sign-in to use its main features.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, LifeFlow uses local notifications to deliver reminders for supported modules such as bills, warranties, subscriptions, appointments, vehicle maintenance, insurance, and inspections.
Notification permission is optional and can be changed in your device settings.
Camera and Photo Library
If you choose to use image-related features, LifeFlow may request access to the camera or photo library so you can capture or select bill images and document attachments.
These permissions are optional and only used when you actively choose those features.
Files and document access
LifeFlow may request file access when you import or export attachments and JSON backup files.
This supports user-initiated backup, restore, and document handling workflows.
Location access
LifeFlow may request location access for the optional vehicle trip detection and mileage tracking workflow.
This feature is optional. If you do not grant location access, you can still use the rest of the app.
OCR processing
If you use bill image capture or import, LifeFlow may use OCR features to help detect company name, amount, due date, and raw recognized text from the selected image.
Data sharing
LifeFlow is designed to help users manage personal records on device. The app does not require a user account for core use.
User-initiated exports such as JSON backups or attachments are handled according to the storage locations and sharing actions chosen by the user.
Data deletion
Because data is managed on your device, you can delete records inside the app and remove the app from your device at any time.
If you created exported backup files, you are responsible for deleting those files from your chosen storage locations if you no longer want to keep them.

LifeFlow, temel işlevleri için uygulama verilerini cihazınızda tutacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır.
Eğer dışa aktarma ile yedek oluşturursanız, verileriniz sizin oluşturup kaydettiğiniz yedek dosyasında ve seçtiğiniz dosya konumlarında da bulunabilir.
Hesap ve giriş
LifeFlow’un ana özelliklerini kullanmak için hesap oluşturmanız veya giriş yapmanız gerekmez.
Bildirimler
Bildirimlere izin verirseniz, LifeFlow; faturalar, garantiler, abonelikler, randevular, araç bakımı, sigorta ve muayene kayıtları gibi bölümler için yerel bildirimler kullanarak hatırlatmalar gönderir.
Bildirim izni isteğe bağlıdır ve cihaz ayarlarınızdan değiştirilebilir.
Kamera ve Fotoğraf Arşivi
Görsel ile ilgili özellikleri kullanmayı seçerseniz, LifeFlow fatura görsellerini veya belge eklerini çekmeniz ya da seçmeniz için kameraya veya fotoğraf arşivine erişim isteyebilir.
Bu izinler isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca sizin özellikle kullandığınız işlemler sırasında kullanılır.
Dosya ve belge erişimi
LifeFlow, ekleri ve JSON yedek dosyalarını içe veya dışa aktardığınızda dosya erişimi isteyebilir.
Bu, kullanıcı tarafından başlatılan yedekleme, geri yükleme ve belge yönetimi akışlarını destekler.
Konum erişimi
LifeFlow, isteğe bağlı araç yolculuğu algılama ve kilometre takip akışı için konum erişimi isteyebilir.
Bu özellik isteğe bağlıdır. Konum izni vermezseniz uygulamanın geri kalanını kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz.
OCR işleme
Fatura görseli ekleme veya içe aktarma özelliğini kullanırsanız, LifeFlow seçilen görselden şirket adı, tutar, son ödeme tarihi ve algılanan ham metin gibi alanları belirlemeye yardımcı olmak için OCR kullanabilir.
Veri paylaşımı
LifeFlow, kişisel kayıtları cihaz üzerinde yönetmeye yardımcı olmak için tasarlanmıştır. Uygulama, temel kullanım için kullanıcı hesabı gerektirmez.
JSON yedekleri veya ekler gibi kullanıcı tarafından başlatılan dışa aktarma işlemleri, kullanıcının seçtiği saklama konumlarına ve paylaşım işlemlerine göre yönetilir.
Veri silme
Veriler cihazınızda yönetildiği için kayıtları uygulama içinden silebilir ve uygulamayı cihazınızdan istediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz.
Eğer dışa aktarılmış yedek dosyaları oluşturduysanız ve artık saklamak istemiyorsanız, bu dosyaları seçtiğiniz depolama konumlarından silmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
