Quick Start
- Create a client (Clients tab).
- Create a new invoice (Home → + New Invoice).
- Add line items, discounts, tax, due date, and notes.
- Mark invoice complete and export a PDF from Preview.
Time Tracking → Invoice
- Create a timer project and start sessions.
- Convert tracked work into invoice items when billing.
- Use this workflow for hourly consulting and contract work.
Premium Subscription
Premium unlocks:
- Unlimited clients
- Unlimited invoices
- Unlimited timer projects and sessions
- Unlimited PDF exports
Purchases are handled by Apple via in-app subscription.
Restore Purchases
If Premium is not showing as active:
- Open the Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases.
- Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for purchase.
- Check your subscription status in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Backup & Restore
- Export Backup: Settings → Backup → Export Backup (JSON file)
- Import Backup: Settings → Backup → Import Backup
Backups are files you control. If you store them in cloud services, those services’ policies apply.
PDF Export Issues
- Make sure the invoice is marked Complete before exporting.
- If sharing fails, try saving to Files first, then share from Files.
- Confirm you have not hit free-plan limits (if applicable).
Languages
Invoxa supports English, Turkish, and Spanish. You can set your preferred language in the app settings.
