1. Data We Collect
We do not collect your personal data from the app for tracking, advertising, or data brokerage.
2. Data You Enter in the App
Invoxa lets you create and manage data such as:
- Business profile details (name, contact info, logo, default currency/language, tax settings)
- Client details (name, email, address, tax number, contact info)
- Invoices and invoice items (descriptions, quantities, discounts, taxes, notes, due dates)
- Time tracking projects and sessions (project names, session times, notes)
- Backups you export (JSON) and reports you export (PDF)
This data is stored locally on your device as part of the app’s normal operation.
3. Sharing and Exporting
When you export a PDF invoice, export a report, or share files (e.g., via Mail, Drive, WhatsApp), the content you share is controlled by you and the destination you choose.
Invoxa uses the iOS share sheet to let you send files. The recipient apps/services you select may have their own privacy policies.
4. Backups (Export/Import)
Invoxa supports backup export/import using a JSON file. If you save backups to cloud storage (e.g., iCloud Drive, Google Drive), that storage provider’s privacy practices apply. Invoxa does not receive a copy of your backups.
5. Purchases
Premium features are offered via an Apple in-app subscription. Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment details.
6. Tracking
Invoxa does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps and websites.
7. Analytics & Crash Reporting
Unless explicitly stated in an updated policy, Invoxa does not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting services that collect personal data.
8. Data Security
Your data is stored on your device. We recommend protecting your device with a passcode and keeping your operating system up to date.
9. Children’s Privacy
Invoxa is intended for business use and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International Users
Invoxa is available in multiple languages (English, Turkish, Spanish). This policy applies regardless of your location.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if the app changes (for example, adding optional analytics). The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
