WAI-TZ is a simple world clock / time zone app. We designed it to work without creating an account and without collecting personal data.
1) Data We Collect
We do not collect, sell, or share personal data. WAI-TZ does not require registration and does not use analytics SDKs or advertising trackers.
2) Data Stored on Your Device
To provide core functionality, the app stores the following information locally on your device:
- Saved cities / time zones you add (e.g., “Europe/Istanbul”).
- Your preferred time adjustment (if you use the hour offset feature).
This information is stored using Apple’s standard on-device storage (e.g., UserDefaults) and is not transmitted to us.
3) Device Permissions
WAI-TZ does not request access to sensitive device permissions (such as location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera).
4) Network Access
WAI-TZ is designed to function without sending your data to external servers. If you open external links (for example, support pages), those websites may have their own privacy policies.
5) Third-Party Services
WAI-TZ does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services.
6) Children’s Privacy
WAI-TZ does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect data, we do not process or share children’s personal information.
7) Your Choices
You can delete locally stored data at any time by removing saved cities within the app or by deleting the app from your device.
8) Changes to This Policy
If we update this privacy policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
