Learn how to set up your café or market, manage products & stock, take orders, and review reports — all from one simple iPad app.
- Open BrewBranch on your iPad and complete the initial setup (company/branch if shown).
- Create categories (e.g., Coffee, Tea, Desserts, Market Items).
- Add products with price, optional SKU/barcode, and stock tracking if needed.
- Set tax (if your business uses a tax percentage).
- Optional: Tables — create Areas (Main Hall, Terrace) and add tables.
- Settings — choose language and review Premium features.
Everything is stored locally on the device. For best results, use iPad landscape for the Admin panel.
Quick Sale (Counter)
- Select products to add them to the order.
- Adjust quantity when needed.
- Apply discount if available in the composer.
- Tap Pay to complete the sale (status becomes Paid).
Table Service
- Choose an area and table.
- Add items to the table’s order.
- When the customer is ready, complete payment to close the table order.
- Name and Price are the basics to sell an item.
- Category helps organize products and report revenue by category.
- SKU / Barcode is optional, useful for scanning and inventory.
- Active toggle: hide items without deleting them.
Stock Tracking
- Enable stock tracking for products you want to manage inventory.
- Set quantity and unit (e.g., pcs, kg, liters).
- When items are sold, stock can be decreased depending on your setup.
If you can’t find a product during sales, check if it is inactive or assigned to the wrong category.
- Create clear top-level categories: Coffee, Tea, Desserts, Snacks, Market.
- Use subcategories for better organization (e.g., Coffee → Hot / Iced).
- Categories help keep the Sales screen fast and keep reports clean.
Set your tax percentage in Admin → Tax. BrewBranch can calculate totals based on your configuration.
- If you don’t use tax, set it to 0%.
- Use consistent tax rules for clear reports and receipts.
Create Areas
- Go to Admin → Tables.
- Tap Add Area (e.g., Main Hall, Terrace, Garden).
Add Tables
- Select an area.
- Tap Add Table and name/number it (e.g., T1, T2, VIP-1).
On iPad, the sidebar can be collapsed/expanded. On smaller screens, iPad-only is recommended.
Date Range Presets
- Use presets: Today, Yesterday, Last 7, Month, or Custom.
- Tap chart bars to select a day; use Clear Day to reset.
What You Can See
- Revenue, orders count, average ticket, items sold
- Top items and recent orders
- Use Admin → Backup to export or restore your data.
- Keep backups in a safe location (e.g., Files app, external drive).
- Before restoring, ensure you are restoring to the correct iPad and version.
Language
- Choose System, Türkçe, or English.
PIN
- Change your PIN in Settings.
- Keep the admin PIN secure.
Premium Subscription
- Go to Settings → Manage Subscription to buy Premium.
- Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or switching devices.
Receipt Settings (Admin)
- Set business name, address, phone, tax ID, and paper width.
- Use Test Print to preview and verify layout.
I can’t find a product in Sales
- Check if the product is Active.
- Verify the product is assigned to the correct category.
Premium features are locked after purchase
- Go to Settings → Restore Purchases.
- Ensure you are logged into the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Receipts don’t look correct
- Adjust paper width in Settings → Receipt Settings.
- Use Test Print to verify alignment.
Is BrewBranch iPad-only?
BrewBranch is designed for iPad to provide the best professional POS experience on larger screens.
BrewBranch stores your business data locally on the iPad. The app does not use analytics or tracking SDKs.
