Our Services

At We Amplify It (WAI), we know that organizations are eager to serve all communities equitably—but navigating language access, accessibility, and digital transformation can be overwhelming, especially with limited budgets, evolving regulations, and increasing demands. Ensuring meaningful communication for diverse, multilingual communities requires more than just translation—it calls for strategic planning, smart resource allocation, and a multidisciplinary approach that prioritizes equity and efficiency.

That’s where we come in. Our team of experts, practitioners, and advisors works collaboratively across sectors to design tailored, high-impact solutions that integrate policy, technology, and community engagement. We build strong partnerships with leaders in language justice, accessibility, data analytics, and digital transformation, ensuring that the organizations we support have access to the right expertise, tools, and strategies to achieve lasting results. Whether you need a comprehensive language access plan, digital modernization, workforce training, or funding strategies, we bring together the right people and innovative solutions to help you maximize impact while staying efficient, compliant, and sustainable.

Every organization is unique, and so are its language access needs. We conduct comprehensive assessments to identify gaps, barriers, and opportunities, then provide tailored, data-driven recommendations to make language access sustainable and impactful.

Policies alone don’t create access—people do. We provide targeted training for staff on language justice, accessibility laws, and effective multilingual communication. Our sessions go beyond compliance, helping teams engage with linguistic diversity in meaningful, culturally responsive ways.

A strong language access plan isn’t just a document—it’s a roadmap for clear, effective communication across your organization. We develop customized plans that ensure language accessibility is embedded in operations, customer service, digital platforms, and community engagement efforts.

For organizations navigating their language access needs or integrating language access personnel, LAPP offers dedicated consultant support. Our embedded consultants collaborate closely with your team, providing real-time, adaptable guidance to help you establish a strong and sustainable language access framework.

We guide organizations through the process of incorporating technology-driven solutions that enhance language access, accessibility, and operational efficiency. From updating policies and workflows to ensuring digital platforms are inclusive and multilingual-friendly, we help organizations modernize their approach while keeping equity and user needs at the core.

A common challenge organizations face is wanting to expand language accessibility—but lacking the necessary funding. Writing a compelling grant proposal requires expertise and strategy. We develop tailored, high-impact proposals that demonstrate the urgency, need, and impact of language access initiatives—improving the likelihood of funding success.
